We are now looking for a Business Administrator.

Job title: Business Administrator
Reporting to: General Manager

Salary: Attractive (Negotiable/Scalable)
Hours: 8am – 4pm Location: Sowutuom No. 882, near Market Bus Stop (opposite Ash Foam Depot)

• Oversight over Marketing Activities
The day to day administration includes but not limited to checking and answering all relevant mails found in info@abesafrica. (This can be consolidated in the ERP system.) You are to take the lead in all business administration. Making follow ups and closing deals. You are also required to present monthly report to the General Manager for appraisal. All administrative tasks including quarterly budgets for marketing should be discussed with General Manager and be sent to representative of board of directors in Finland. All other tasks should be executed based on assigned proxy or as agreed between you and the General Manager. Finally you will directly oversee the activities of the bookkeeper, marketing/sales officer (s), and technical team.

Inventory Management e.g. Data entry,

ERP-CRM system

Knowledge in ERP-CRM software and management system.

Optional but advantage to have

Academic or trade qualifications: The minimum requirement for applicant should have HND in Business Administration or any relevant diploma or degree in business administration or in a similar field. 

Work experience and skills: Minimum 2 years (optional)
