US AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT (usadf) PROJECT 

To deploy our innovative locally manufactured PicoABES (PicoABES- Totally off Grid Solution for Island Communities) and a solar-powered cold storage and ICT center facility in Chenekorpe a surburb of island community of Aglakope on the Volta Lake in the Krachi West District of the Volta Region. This will lead to increased access to cost-effective and clean energy, especially lighting for homes, and the fishing industry.

The PicoABES comprises of DC led bulbs, phone charging kit, charge controller, battery, and panel

This project targets the following customers:

Households: Will be provided with access to innovative locally manufactured PicoABES to provide electricity needs for 230 homes. 

Local Industries: Other local industries will be provided with energy for their business needs.  A solar house will be provided which will house a cold storage facility and an IT education center.
